Melissa Griffin

Melissa Griffin holds extensive experience in the fields of education, training, and communication management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Education & Training at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since January 2017, Melissa leads initiatives focused on educational development. Prior to this role, Melissa spent nearly three decades with Waddell & Reed Financial Services as Director of Communications and Training, where responsibilities included overseeing communication strategies and training programs. Melissa began their career in the industry at DST Systems as a Customer Service representative. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University and a Training and Development Diploma from Langevin Learning Services, specializing in training, communication management, and performance consulting.
