Edwin Nganga

Edwin Nganga is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Shop Operations Attendant at Naivas Limited since May 2022, Edwin has been recognized for enhancing customer experience and implementing standard operating procedures for efficient complaint resolution. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Trainee at the National Health Insurance Fund - Kenya, where responsibilities involved customer care and new member registration. Additional roles include working as an Enumerator for the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics and a Clerk for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. Edwin holds a Certified Human Resource Practitioner degree from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Moi University.
