Laura Clarke

Laura Clarke is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Chef Operator at Naked Farmer since October 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Culinary Director at Madruga Bakery from November 2022 to January 2024 and at Zak The Baker from November 2019 to November 2022, where Laura also served as General Manager. Education includes a degree in Hospitality Administration/Travel and Tourism with an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College, complemented by extensive training at the Institute of Culinary Education.
