Deirdre Runnette

Deirdre Runnette is the current director at Naked Wines. Deirdre was previously with Zulily from September 2012 to December 2018 where they served in various leadership roles including SVP / VP / General Counsel / Head of Human Resources / Corporate Secretary.

Under their advisement, Zulily saw significant growth in revenue; when they joined the company they were making $300 million annually and by the time they left they were up to $1.6 billion. Deirdre was integral in the company's expansion, helping them to set up policies and compliance programs that would allow for intelligent growth and minimize risk as the firm's international employee base grew from 600 to 3,700 employees.

In their role as SVP/GC, Runnette also contributed to zulily’s integration into the Qurate Retail Group. Deirdre successfully led numerous complex legal and financial initiatives including a Series D financing round, Initial Public offering, and initial $50M credit facility -- as well as an eventual sale of zulily, inc. to Liberty Interactive for $2.4B.

Deirdre Runnette earned their JD with honors from the University of Montana and their Bachelor's degree in English from Washington State University.
