Mohammed Refaat Fath Elbab Gomaa

Mohammed Refaat Fath Elbab Gomaa is a Professional Structural Engineer with 21 years of extensive experience in civil and structural design across various types of structures, including residential buildings, office buildings, towers, shopping malls, warehouses, and infrastructure projects such as water tanks. Currently serving as Assistant Director Structural at Dubai Holding since May 2024 and as Associate Director Structural at Nakheel since July 2018, Mohammed has previously held roles as Project Manager and Structural Team Leader at Bureau Veritas, Design Manager at Halcrow, and Senior Civil Structural Engineer at Khatib & Alami CEC. Major projects include the AL-Habtoor Palace Hotels Complex in Dubai. Mohammed holds a B.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Cairo University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
