Kelvin Wachira has extensive work experience in various roles. Kelvin started their career in 2015 as a Freelance Writer at Essay Shark, where they successfully handled online classes, tests, and assignment writing, as well as creative writing and thesis research. In 2019, they joined TalkRemit as a Customer Service Team Lead before moving up to become an Operations Lead. In 2022, they became an Operations and Agent Business Manager at TalkRemit. Currently, they are working at NALA as a Customer Support Team Lead, starting in 2023.
