Ximena Paul

Ximena Paul has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ximena started their career as the Vice-President of the Student Union of the School of Engineering at CAi - Centro de Alumnos de Ingeniería UC in 2006. Ximena then became a Supreme Councilor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2008.

In 2010, Ximena joined Duoc UC, where they held multiple positions such as Development and Infrastructure Analyst and Assistant to the Dean. Ximena later became the Academic Director of Electricity and Maintenance Programs at the School of Engineering, Maipú Branch, where they led a staff of 30 and implemented initiatives to improve services for students and promote staff collaboration.

From 2013 to 2016, Ximena worked at Duoc UC as the Deputy Director of Student Affairs, Maipú Branch. In this role, they dealt with crucial issues such as government relations, strategy definitions, and project development.

In 2017, Ximena joined Edu1st as the Director of Strategy and Business Development, where they focused on transforming their model for schools and consultancy services to expand internationally. Ximena then became the Chief Executive Officer of Edu1st, leading the organization's efforts to transform society through education.

In 2021, Ximena served as a Strategic Advisor at Fundación Leche para Haití, a Chilean-Haitian non-profit dedicated to treating malnutrition in children in Haiti. Ximena provided medical and social intervention programs, impacting over 1500 local families.

Currently, Ximena works as the CEO of Nala, a talent management software company. Ximena leverages robust technology and people analytics to provide real-time critical insights and actionable advice to companies for measuring performance and retaining top talent. Nala helps companies analyze data over the employee cycle to identify high performers and prevent attrition. Ximena's work at Nala aims to rapidly iterate the employee experience that companies deliver.

Ximena Paul's education history includes a range of academic achievements in various institutions. In 2004, they began their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, with a major in Environmental Sciences, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ximena completed their undergraduate studies in 2010 after seven years of education.

During their time at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Ximena pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, which they earned in 2010-2011. This additional qualification shows their dedication to furthering their knowledge in their field of study.

In 2018, Ximena decided to pursue an Executive MBA, specializing in Business Administration and Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Ximena completed this program in 2019, enhancing their skills and expertise in the realm of business.

To stay updated and continue their professional development, Ximena enrolled in an additional program called Exponential Organizations at Growth Institute in 2021. This certification demonstrates their commitment to exploring new concepts and strategies for achieving exponential growth.
