Frédéric Chang-Sieg

Consultant - Quality Engineer at NALYS

Frédéric Chang-Sieg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frédéric started their career in 2011 as a Technical Intern at RHUMS & PUNCHS ISAUTIER. Frédéric then worked as an R&D Intern at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in 2012. In 2013, they completed a Final Internship as a Quality Assistant at Groupement des Mousquetaires. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Quality Assistant at Greenland Seafood Wilhelmshaven GmbH.

In 2016, Frédéric joined Abylsen as a Consultant - Quality Engineer, where they worked until 2018. During the same period, they also worked at UCB as a Consultant - Quality Engineer. At UCB, they held various roles such as Quality Support - Artwork and Packaging from 2016 to 2018, and later became a Quality System Coordinator - TrackWise Expert from 2017 onwards.

In 2018, Frédéric started working at Nalys as a Consultant - Quality Engineer, and they are currently employed there. In 2020, they took on the responsibility of implementing a new Quality Management System - Veeva Vault QMS at UCB.

Overall, Frédéric has gained extensive experience in quality management and engineering roles, and has worked with various companies in the pharmaceutical, food processing, and agriculture sectors.

Frédéric Chang-Sieg completed their A-levels in Mathematics at Lycée Saint-Charles from 2005 to 2007. Frédéric then pursued a Master's degree in Agri-food at ESIROI (École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Réunion Océan Indien) from 2008 to 2013. Simultaneously, they also attended Ecole Universitaire de Management - IAE REUNION, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from 2010 to 2012. Later, in 2012, they studied at AgroSup Dijon to become an Agri-food engineer for a year. In terms of additional certifications, Frédéric Chang-Sieg obtained the Vault QMS Business Administrator certification from Veeva Systems in March 2021 and the Vault Platform Business Administrator certification from the same institution in February 2021.
