Romina Haxhiaj

Romina Haxhiaj is a Project Manager Business Intelligence at LACO since October 2023. Previously, Romina worked as a Business Manager specializing in Embedded / DevOps / Cloud at Nalys since August 2017. Prior to that, Romina held a position as Talent Acquisition for Embedded Systems at Hays from September 2016 to September 2017. Romina holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology and Personnel Management from Ghent University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen. Romina's expertise lies in managing customers and consultants in Software Engineering, coaching, hiring, career planning, training, project follow-up, and client acquisition and management.
