Dhruva Somani is a Consultant at NamanHR since August 2022, previously serving as an Associate Consultant and Client Success Manager, focused on developing leaders through various advanced methodologies such as Assessment Development Center and Executive Coaching. Prior experience includes working as a Psychologist at Kanan International Pvt. Ltd. from August 2021 to August 2022, where psychometric testing for diverse age groups was conducted under clinical supervision. Dhruva also gained experience as a talent management executive intern at Acumen 360 and in recruitment at Saksham Resources Management Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Counseling from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
