Adam Rector

Adam Rector has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Vice President of Retail at Namco Pools since December 2019. In this role, Adam oversees retail operations and strategic initiatives to drive company growth. Prior to joining Namco Pools, Adam worked at Staples from November 2014 to December 2019, where Adam held the position of General Manager and progressed to District Manager in Training, gaining valuable leadership skills and retail expertise.
