Lindsey Holmes serves as vice president and general counsel for NANA, providing advice to NMS on corporate compliance, risk, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and contracting.
As general counsel at the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation, a public corporation of the State of Alaska, she managed legal issues for a proposed $42 billion natural gas pipeline and related facilities. Lindsey has specializing in commercial law during nearly 20 years of experience in Alaska, representing clients such as the Alaska Department of Transportation, GCI, Chugach Electric, Calista Corporation, The Aleut Corporation and Matanuska Electric Association.
Born and raised in Alaska, Lindsey has served four terms as state representative in the Alaska Legislature.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, a master’s degree from Stanford University, and a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College. Lindsey speaks fluent Spanish.
