Lindsey Holmes

Lindsey Holmes serves as the Vice President & General Counsel at NANA North since October 2023, previously holding the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at NANA from September 2019 to October 2023. Prior to NANA, Lindsey was the General Counsel for the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation and an Assistant Attorney General at the Alaska Department of Law. Additional experience includes practicing as a self-employed attorney focusing on corporate, regulatory, energy, and real estate law, and representing West Anchorage in the Alaska State Legislature over four terms. Lindsey has also worked as a corporate and regulatory attorney at GCI and has held various legal roles in firms specializing in real estate and energy law. Education includes a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, an MA from Stanford University, and a BA in Political Science/Spanish from Middlebury College.
