Patty Hickok

Patty Hickok, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Past President of the Anchorage Society for Human Resources Management (ASHRM) and has held the position of President multiple times. Currently, Patty is the Sr. Director of HRIS, Employee Relations & HR Operations at NANA North and also works as an Adjunct Professor at Alaska Pacific University, teaching courses in Strategic Human Resource Management and HR Management. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Employee Relations, HRIS & HR Operations at NANA Regional Corporation, Director of Employee Relations at NANA Development Corporation, and HR Director at Chenega Corporation, among others. Patty holds an MBA in Business Administration and several other degrees from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
