Shavi Spinzi

Shavi Spinzi has extensive experience in the electronics industry, particularly in the areas of advanced manufacturing electronics (AME) and printed circuit board (PCB) technologies.

From 2021 to the present, Shavi served as the VP of AME & PCB Technologies at Nano Dimension. In this role, they created AME standards within the IPC organization and led the development of three AME committees for industry acceptance and testing. They also acted as the Product Champion for Essemtec SMT, a subsidiary of Nano Dimension, located in Swaziland.

Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Shavi worked at Orbotech from 2012 to 2021. During this time, they held various roles, including Strategic Marketing Director and Director of Global Engineering & R&D Processes in Corporate R&D. In these positions, they were responsible for managing global engineering, test equipment, configuration control, CAD infrastructure, technical publications, and reliability and standards laboratories. They also oversaw global processes such as life cycle management, quality processes, and project management.

Before Orbotech, Shavi worked at New System s.r.l. - Orbotech as a Site Manager from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they managed a high-tech company in Italy, overseeing R&D projects, customer support, finance, logistics, and purchasing departments. They also worked closely with suppliers to ensure just-in-time availability and quality of subassemblies.

Prior to this, from 2000 to 2008, Shavi held positions at Orbotech as the Director of R&D Processes and Director of Marketing.

Shavi Spinzi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Tel Aviv University from 1984 to 1988. Later, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued an MBA degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
