Winston Tak has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Winston is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisitionist at Nanometrics Inc, where they specialize in seismic monitoring solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Syntronic and as an HR/Recruiter at BWX Technologies, Inc., where they played a key role in expanding the company's workforce.
