Steve Gaxiola

Steve Gaxiola currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Nanoscience Instruments since September 2022. Previously, Steve held the position of Manager for 3D Methods & Engineering at PADT, Inc., overseeing reverse engineering processes and mentoring on lean manufacturing and six sigma practices from June 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, Steve was Program Manager at Advatech Pacific, Inc., managing large aerospace engineering projects and ensuring quality compliance from March 2007 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, Steve was Area Manager at H&E Equipment Services, focused on equipment rental and sales, and served as Director of Engineering at Allied Signal Corporation from June 1997 to January 2000. Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, earned between 1975 and 1980.
