Mike Francis

Mike Francis began their career as the Director of Product Development at National Oilwell Varco in 2006 and eventually took on the role of Director - Corporate Product Management. In this position, they managed a team responsible for various aspects of innovation, including product commercialization, portfolio management, and organizational change. Mike also designed a new product development process and implemented a system to manage over 600 new developments. Francis then joined Halliburton as Strategic & Business Management Director from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they served as the President of The Coffee House Group and Verisei Consulting, where they led teams and utilized the expertise of business professors to provide management consulting services. Most recently, Francis became the CEO and Co-founder of Nanotech, a material science innovator known for their Nano Shield product lines, which include fireproofing spray and commercial insulators.

Mike Francis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rice University between the years 2010 and 2012.
