Claire Ching

Claire Ching has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Claire most recently worked at Nansen as a Senior People Operations Manager. Prior to that, they were a Regional People Experience Operations Manager at Funding Societies | Modalku Group. Before that, Claire held the position of People Operations Lead at Mimo. Claire also worked at Oakwood Asia Pacific Ltd as a Manager, Human Resources, and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in multiple human resources roles. Claire started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Teledirect Pte Ltd and Helen & Co. Claire has extensive experience in people operations, human resources management, and compensation and benefits.

Claire Ching has a degree in Human Resources Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Claire also has a diploma in Compensation and Benefits Management from SHRI Academy, where they studied from 2015 to 2016. Furthermore, Claire has a diploma in Business Administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.

Aside from their formal education, Claire has obtained several additional certifications. In 2018, they received the IHRP - CP certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). Additionally, in 2020, they completed the Human-Centered Service Design certification from IDEO U. Most recently, in 2023, Claire obtained the Managing Employee Compensation certification from Coursera.
