Arlyn Small

Arlyn Small is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for NantHealth and leads the company’s overall human resources strategy. He is responsible for the acquisition, development and management of NantHealth’s most valuable resource: it’s employees. Small brings 25 plus years of experience in manufacturing, high tech, telecommunication and retail industries, and has spent his career helping people reach their goals and potential. Before joining NantHealth, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Lassonde Industries, a global beverage manufacturing company, and served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Contegix LLC, a high tech, managed service provider. He has also held senior level roles at Qlik Technologies, Amazon, Tyco Electronics, and Microsoft. Small holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social science from Pittsburg State University and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy University. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
