Colleen Gagnon

Colleen Gagnon has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Colleen currently holds the position of Director of Nursing at Nantucket Cottage Hospital, which they have been in since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Children's Hospital as a Nursing Manager from September 2015 to July 2023. Colleen also held the role of Assistant Nurse Manager at the University of Chicago Medicine from January 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as an RN Nurse Coordinator at Northwestern Medicine Group from January 2004 to April 2015.

Colleen Gagnon completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1996. Recently, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Duke University School of Nursing. Additionally, Colleen obtained certifications as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) in 2023, and as a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) from ABNN in 2019.
