Manal Boulos

Manal Boulos started their work experience as a Law Clerk at the US District Court, Magistrate Judge Monica J. Benton from October 2004 to October 2005. Manal then worked as an Independent Corporate Counsel from January 2006 to May 2007, where they drafted and reviewed corporate contracts and managed outside counsel for various legal matters.

From June 2007 to June 2010, Manal worked as a Corporate Counsel at TrueBlue Inc. during which they provided legal support for a publicly traded staffing company. Manal continued their role at TrueBlue as a Senior Corporate Counsel from July 2010 to February 2014, and then took on the position of Director, Commercial Law from March 2014 to May 2018. In these roles, they led contract development, managed SEC disclosures, addressed equity compensation and shareholder issues, and prepared board materials.

Most recently, Manal joined NantWorks in August 2019 as a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Manal Boulos completed their education in a chronological order. From 1995 to 1999, they attended the University of Washington and obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science. Manal then pursued further education at Seattle University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
