We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Budapest HQ. You will be involved in HR administration, payroll, and other operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork (employment contracts, contractor agreements, termination letters, mutual agreements)
- Keeping the HR Master and the personnel plan tracking system up to date
- Managing payroll preparations (HU, UK, US) and employee relations
- Follow-up of changes in local legislation and, if necessary, initiate a review of local payroll processes
- Advisor to staff members regarding internal HR policies and relevant external regulations
- Participating in HR process improvement projects, internal and external audits, preparation of related documentation
Our ideal HR Administrator will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business or HR
- 2-4 years of related experience in HR Operations
- Experience in payroll preparation for the Hungarian market, it is an advantage if the candidate has experience in UK and US payroll preparation
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Strong moral and ethical code
- Exceptional administrative skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good project- and self-management skills
- Proven understanding HR related responsibilities and processes, knowledge of employment law is an advantage
