Emiliano Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Emiliano began their career as a Software Verification Engineer at Ericsson U.S.A., where they were involved in the verification and support of software for the AXE 10 telephony switch. Emiliano later joined Ericsson Global Support as a Senior Support Engineer.

Emiliano then moved on to work at Tellabs Denmark as a Sr. Systems Engineer, specializing in next-generation SDH networks, DWDM networks, and Ethernet over SDH. Emiliano worked closely with various departments, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

After their time at Tellabs Denmark, Emiliano joined Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices GmbH & Co. KG as an Area Sales Manager. Here, they were responsible for operator business sales in the Nordics and Baltics, working with a range of products and solutions.

Emiliano's next role was at Gigaset Communications, where they served as an Area Sales Manager. Emiliano then moved to SAGEMCOM, taking on a similar position as an Area Sales Manager.

Most recently, Emiliano has been a key member of the team at Napatech. Emiliano started as the Sales Director for EMEA South, responsible for sales and partnerships in Southern Europe and the MEA region. Emiliano then progressed to become the Sr. Director of Business Development and subsequently the Vice President of Sales, initially for EMEA and later for EMEA & APAC. In these roles, they were responsible for business development, managing teams, coordinating with the marketing department, and driving sales activities in various regions.

Emiliano Rodríguez pursued their education in a variety of fields. Emiliano began their academic journey at the Conservatorio de Música de Pontevedra from the year 1977 to 1989, where they focused on music studies with a specialization in the piano. Following this, they attended Universidade de Vigo from 1989 to 1995, studying telecommunications engineering and earning a Master of Science degree. Continuing their educational pursuits, Emiliano joined KU Leuven in 1996 and completed their studies in the field of Artificial Intelligence, obtaining another Master of Science degree in 1997.
