Sunidhi Srivastava

Sunidhi Srivastava is currently serving as a Product Specialist at NapCloud since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sunidhi worked as a Technical Consultant at Advance Solutions from January 2020 to November 2021, focusing on internal projects related to IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Sunidhi is trained in ServiceNow and Salesforce, with knowledge in Salesforce basics, Platform App Builder, and Developer tools. Sunidhi holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Lyallpur Khalsa College of Engineering, completed in June 2020, and a Diploma in the same field from Government Polytechnic Institute, obtained in June 2017. Matriculation was completed at SarvhitKari Keshav Vidya Niketan, Jalandhar.
