Vivek Verma

Vivek Verma is a Cisco Network Engineer currently working at NapCloud since September 2022, where responsibilities include configuring routers and switches using various protocols and utilizing ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Mimecast. Vivek holds a Diploma of Education from Seth Jai Prakash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering & Technology (JMIT) obtained between May 2010 and May 2013 and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same institution, completed in July 2018. Additionally, Vivek attended S D Public School from May 2008 to May 2009.
