Timothy Tucker

Timothy Tucker currently serves as the Director of Mechanical Services at AB Facility Service since July 2024 and has been an Instructor at the NAPE Educational Foundation since March 2018. Timothy's prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Willco, Chief Engineer at Lincoln Property Company, and Chief Engineer at Blake Real Estate, Inc. Timothy also held positions as Lead Engineer at Reit Management and Research and Tishman Speyer, and served as Chief Engineer at Complete Building Services. Early in the career, Timothy worked as a Roving Engineer at George S Hall. Educational background includes training from the National Association of Power Engineers and completion of studies at Johnson Central High from 1997 to 2001.
