Jeffrey Alvarez

Dr. Jeff Alvarez is the Chief Medical Officer for NaphCare overseeing all clinical care provided to more than 125,000 patients daily. Dr. Alvarez is responsible for peer review, policy and procedure development, centralized quality control and compliance with NaphCare’s Proactive Care Model. He serves on the NCCHC board of directors as the liaison of the American Academy of Family Physicians and on the NCCHC Executive Committee. Dr. Alvarez chaired the 2018 revision of the NCCHC standards. Prior to joining NaphCare, Dr. Alvarez was the Medical Director of the Maricopa County Jail System (AZ). He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
