Oleksandr Golovanov

Oleksandr Golovanov has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Marine Pilot at Napier Port since July 2019. Prior to this role, Oleksandr worked as a Marine Pilot for DP World from January 2015 to June 2019 and for Delta-Pilot (Ukraine) from January 2008 to January 2015. Oleksandr's career began at THIEN & HEYENGA, where a progression from 3rd officer to chief officer occurred over a span from October 1996 to January 2008, with affiliations to various companies including VBSK (Bernhard Schulte), Scott Shipping, Midocean (Dohle), and V Ships. Oleksandr holds a degree in Nautical Science, Navigator from Odesa National Maritime Academy, obtained in 1996.
