Deanna Spallone

Deanna Spallone's work experience includes positions at Napkin Inc., EmberTribe, and Christ Fellowship.

At Napkin Inc., they served as the COO of EmberTribe starting in August 2023. Deanna also held the role of VP of Revenue at EmberTribe from April to July 2023.

At EmberTribe, Deanna held multiple roles, including Chief Operating Officer starting in August 2023, VP of Revenue from October 2022 to July 2023, Director of Accounts from July 2021 to October 2022, Lead Project Manager from October 2020 to June 2021, Senior Project Manager in September to October 2020, and Digital Project Manager from April 2018 to August 2020.

Before joining EmberTribe, they worked at Christ Fellowship, where they held various positions such as Special Project Manager from September 2017 to March 2018, Digital Coordinator from May to September 2017, Communications Director from August 2015 to April 2017, Training and Development from August 2014 to July 2015, and Administrative Assistant from July 2009 to July 2014.

Deanna Spallone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts - Organizational Communication from Florida International University, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Miami Dade College from 2009 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard University. Additionally, they obtained a Training Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2015.
