David Shulver

David Shulver has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being Vice President of Research and Development at the Napoleon Group of Companies since 2016. Prior to this, they served as Director of Strategic Planning at Magna Powertrain, where they were responsible for driving strategic projects and initiatives and leading the development of the Fluid Pressure & Controls group's long-term planning. David also held the role of Global Product Manager, leading the delivery of a portfolio of products and driving cross-functional resource optimization initiatives. Earlier in their career, David held various engineering management roles at Magna Powertrain, Tesma International, Dana Corporation, and Hobourn Automotive, where they gained experience in product design, development, and validation. David has a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.

David Shulver completed their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Greenwich, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. In 2008, they pursued further education at the Ivey Business School at Western University, completing an EMBA in Business Management in 2009.
