Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape by creating dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to advancements in decentralized systems and self-sovereign finance. Micha has served as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, and SwissBorg. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies at MIT and PMI.
