Gemma Fletcher ACMA CGMA started their career in 2010 as a Divisional Finance Director at Bureau Veritas. Gemma then worked as a Senior Project Accountant at BAE Systems from 2012 to 2015. After that, Gemma held the position of Commercial Accountant at Johnson Matthey in 2015. In 2015 and 2016, they worked as a Finance Manager at Capita. In 2017, Gemma served as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Co-op Insurance and as a Senior Project Accountant at BAE Systems, Inc. Gemma later joined Amey as a Finance Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, Gemma became the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Fletchers Solicitors until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Napthens LLP, starting in 2022.
