Nicola Mason

Nicola Mason has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. In their most recent role as Head of People and Operations at Napthens LLP, they were responsible for driving the strategic HR agenda and enhancing internal shared services. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant at HR Simplified, where they assisted in setting up employment contracts and benefits packages for multiple countries. Nicola also served as a Group Senior HR Business Partner at WEX Europe Services Limited, overseeing strategic and operational people activities. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Lead Recruiter at Xchanging, and as a Recruitment Consultant at ICQ.

Nicola Mason pursued their education at Leeds Beckett University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Sociology and Politics. Nicola later attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2009 to 2011 to further their studies in the field of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), although they did not attain a specific degree at this institution.
