Oli McCann

Oli McCann has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Oli is currently serving as the Director at AfterAthena since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Employment Partner/Head of East Lancs Office at Napthens LLP, where they provided support and advice to businesses on employment law and HR issues. Oli has extensive experience in defending tribunal claims and offering fixed annual retainers through the HR3 service. Oli also served as a Board Trustee at Westholme School and a Board Director at Training 2000 Ltd. Before joining these organizations, they worked at Taylors Solicitors as an Employment Partner and Head of Employment, handling complex employment issues and successfully mitigating industrial action against a client. Oli began their career as a Partner at Roebucks Solicitors, where they gained experience in various legal services and specialized in advising employees on workplace disputes and claims.

Oli McCann attended St Augustines RC High School from 1987 to 1992, but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study there. From 1994 to 1997, they pursued higher education at the University of Leicester, graduating with a 2:1 degree in Law and Economics.
