Laode Dahlan

Laode Dahlan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Facility at Narasi.tv since July 2018, where responsibilities include the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff. Previously, Laode held the position of Head of Human Resources at PT Dewata Freight International, focusing on implementing strategic organizational changes to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Earlier roles included Solution Learning & Development Section Head at BINUS Group, where training needs analysis was managed, and HR Recruitment Section Head at RCTI, responsible for creating new manpower planning (MPP). Laode's career began as an HR Officer at Cardinal Group Management, concentrating on hiring.
