Amitabha Datta possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DGM at Narayana Health since January 2014, with previous roles including AGM and Senior Manager in the same organization. Prior to Narayana Health, Amitabha worked as Regional Manager - HR at Sahara India Pariwar for several months in 2013, and at The Lalit Great Eastern Hotel in Kolkata as Dy. HR Manager from August 2007 to November 2012. Early experience includes roles at Bharti Airtel Ltd as Senior Executive - HR and Hyatt Regency Kolkata as HR Officer.
