Michael Young

Michael Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career as the Director of MIS at Colgate Palmolive, where they led the global implementation of ERP and SAP systems. Michael then served as the CIO and Director of Operations at Kransco Group Companies, where they used point of sale data to predict and grow sales. Michael later joined Odwalla as the Chief Operating Officer and CIO, successfully implementing a sales technology system to increase revenue and improve customer service. Michael then co-founded sycle.net, an audiology patient management company, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and helped grow the business into a $5 million company. Michael also held roles at Rogue DNA Inc. as a Senior Consultant, and at Teal Valley Inc. as a Strategic Advisor. Most recently, they worked at Inovex Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Overall, Michael has a proven track record in operations, finance, strategic planning, and business development.

Michael Young attended Seneca College from 1970 to 1973, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and computer science.
