Jo Miller

Vice President Of Customer Experience & Outreach at Nascentia Health

Jo Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jo started their career in 1988 at Verizon, where they served as a Team Leader for nearly 24 years. In 2012, they joined Thompson Health as a Sr. Sales Manager until 2014 when they moved to Comfort Keepers as a Regional Director. From 2014 to 2016, they held this position before transitioning to iCircle Services as the Manager of Business Development. Jo worked at iCircle Services for four years before joining Nascentia Health in 2020. At Nascentia Health, they initially served as the Director of Regional Outreach from 2020 to 2022, and then was promoted to the role of Vice President of Customer Experience & Outreach. In this position, they are responsible for developing and implementing a business plan, driving business collaboration opportunities, and overseeing various teams within the Customer Service Center.

Jo Miller attended SUNY Empire State College from 2000 to 2005. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
