Maxim Gente

Maxim Gente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Quality Assurance for FinTech at Nasdaq since May 2024, Maxim previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of QA for Capital Markets and Regulatory Solutions at Adenza from June 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director at Crédit Agricole CIB, where Maxim was the Global Head of QA for Capital Markets IT, and Director at Barclays Corporate Banking, overseeing QA and Enterprise Release Management. With a solid foundation in quality assurance, Maxim has also worked at major institutions such as Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, UBS, and SuperDerivatives. Maxim holds a Master's degree in Radio Engineering from Taganrog State Radio Technical University, earned from 1985 to 1991.
