Margot Manning has extensive work experience in the field of student financial aid administration. Margot began their career at St. Mary's College of Maryland, where they served as an Admissions-Financial Aid Fellow, providing assistance to high school students throughout the college admission and financial aid process. Margot also managed a FAFSA campaign on campus.
After that, Margot worked as a Policy Intern at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), further expanding their knowledge in the field. Margot then joined Johns Hopkins University as an Admissions Counselor.
Margot returned to NASFAA and took on various roles, including Training and Assessment Technical Specialist and Certification and Credentialing Analyst & Webinar Producer.
