Tonya Hsiung is an accomplished professional in the field of financial aid, currently serving as the NASFAA U Program Manager for the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) since April 2019, while also holding the position of NASFAA U Instructor. Prior to this role, Tonya worked at Franklin & Marshall College as the Senior Assistant Director of Financial Aid from July 2012 to March 2019 and served as Adjunct Faculty at NASFAA from February 2014 to November 2017. Tonya's extensive experience in financial aid administration began at Millersville University, where a role as Financial Aid Administrator was held from May 2002 to June 2012. Educationally, Tonya has earned a Master's Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration and Secondary Mathematics Education from Millersville University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
