Joel Johnson

Joel Johnson has extensive experience in the homebuilding construction industry, currently serving as Superintendent at Nash Industries, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joel held positions at Perry Homes from May 2017 to November 2022, first as Project Manager and later as Construction Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing construction phases, managing quality control, and ensuring project delivery met set standards. Joel's earlier experience as Construction Manager at Meritage Homes from July 2014 to May 2017 included similar project oversight, achieving recognition as a top performer in customer service. Joel holds an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from Lone Star College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
