Dr. Trish Holliday SPHR, SHRMSCP, IPMA-SCP, CPC is an accomplished human resources executive serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Nashville Electric Service since August 2021. Dr. Holliday is also a founding partner at Holliday│Kenning and has held various adjunct professor positions at The University of Memphis, Lipscomb University, and Trevecca Nazarene University from 2017 to 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at the State of Tennessee, where Dr. Holliday served as Assistant Commissioner and State Chief Learning Officer, and Director of Strategic Learning Solutions. With a diverse background in public service, education, and executive coaching, Dr. Holliday is dedicated to fostering leadership development and empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential. Dr. Holliday holds multiple degrees in education and leadership from Lipscomb University, Scarritt Graduate College, and Tennessee Technological University.
