Raul Delapena

Raul DeLaPena has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Nashville Wire Products since October 2008, overseeing a facility in Juarez, Mexico, with responsibilities that include material planning, order management, and shipping of finished goods. Raul DeLaPena began the facility from scratch, handling equipment installation, legal and customs requirements, and production ramp-up while managing a team of 161 personnel. Prior to this role, Raul DeLaPena worked at Alcoa from July 1993 to June 2008 as Operations and Manufacturing Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a plastic molding and light assembly facility, managing 139 employees, and generating annual revenues of $24 million. Raul DeLaPena also has experience as a Quality Engineer at Electro Wire Inc from 1993 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
