Odd Helge Bakkan

Odd Helge Bakkan has extensive experience in security and advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Adviser and acting Head of IT Operations at Nasjonal sikkerhetsmyndighet since April 2017. Previously, Odd Helge Bakkan worked as a Senior Adviser and Executive Officer at Synsam Norge from October 2015 to July 2018, and held the position of Chief Warrant Officer at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. from August 2012 to August 2015. Odd Helge Bakkan also served as a Corporal and Soldiers' Representative in the Signal Battalion of the Norwegian Armed Forces from July 2009 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Oslo.
