Hayley Maldonado

Hayley Maldonado has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as Counsel at Nassau Financial Group since August 2012, with a progression through various roles including Associate Counsel, Compliance Director, BD Compliance Manager, and Senior SEC/State Compliance Coordinator. Prior to this, Hayley worked as a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Mulhern & Scott, PLLC from August 2008 to May 2012. Educationally, Hayley holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business (2019-2021), a Doctor of Law from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Hampshire.
