Thomas Culbertson

Thomas Culbertson has a substantial work experience spanning several decades. Thomas began their career at The Phoenix Companies in 1986, where they held the role of AVP for Product Implementation Management. Thomas continued in this role when Phoenix Life Insurance Company was established as a subsidiary of The Phoenix Companies. As AVP, they were responsible for IT delivery of Life and Annuity Product and New Business development, as well as serving as a liaison with business partners. In 2019, they joined Nassau Financial Group, initially as 2VP - Client Delivery. Thomas then progressed to the role of VP Client Delivery in 2021 before being promoted to Chief Technology Officer in January 2022. Their current role as CTO involves oversight and leadership in technology-related matters.

Thomas Culbertson attended Skidmore College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
