Udaya Sankar

Udaya Sankar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations and business development within the IT-ITeS sector. Currently serving as Deputy Director - Govt Relations and National Lead - SSC NASSCOM since December 2011, Udaya oversees the management of "Skill India" initiatives in the Southern region. Previously, Udaya held the position of Zonal Head - HR Placements at HCL Infosystems Ltd, focusing on recruitment, corporate communications, and employee development. Additionally, Udaya worked as Assistant Manager – Corporate Communications and Placement at Le Magnus Group. Udaya holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of Mysore, a PGDBA from Magnus School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
