John Locke

John Locke is an experienced technology executive with a comprehensive background in information technology leadership. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Nasstar since March 2021, John also holds the position of Director at JCL Technologies Limited since September 2016, where advisory services focus on leveraging IT for business growth. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Federos LLC and Monolith Software, where John was responsible for the product management and development of advanced service assurance solutions. Additionally, John served as Infrastructure Services CTO for Tata Consultancy Services in the UK and Europe, and as Group CIO at Tata Communications, driving IT transformation and performance improvements. Earlier in John's career, significant contributions were made at Vanco as CTO and at Midland Bank (HSBC) and Texas Instruments in network engineering roles.
